Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to perform general maintenance tasks, including inspection and repair of equipment, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, as well as preventive maintenance of facilities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive maintenance of facilities, equipment, and systems. 2. Repair of structures, electrical systems, and plumbing. 3. Collaboration in construction projects and basic gardening. We are looking for a person to carry out general maintenance tasks at our facilities in Lepe. Main responsibilities will include inspection and repair of various equipment and systems—mechanical, electrical, and plumbing—as well as preventive maintenance tasks to ensure proper operation and longevity of all assets. Repairs to building structures—including roofs, walls, floors, and carpentry—will also be performed to guarantee a safe environment. Basic electrical maintenance tasks will also be carried out, such as bulb replacement or troubleshooting wiring issues. Regarding plumbing, pipes, faucets, and toilets will be repaired and maintained. Other duties include key management, simple pest control tasks, cleaning of common areas such as porches, plazas, and sports courts, and proper waste management. Additionally, assistance will be provided in moving furniture and equipment, collaboration in construction or renovation projects, and performance of basic gardening tasks to keep green areas well-maintained. The ability to keep facilities clean, orderly, and visually appealing for everyone is highly valued. A temporary contract is offered.
