We seek motivated individuals with energy and enthusiasm to contribute something unique to our guests' experience. **Responsibilities** * Maintain and care for hotel facilities and assets * Follow management and quality indicators * Record preventive actions carried out * Resolve incidents related to equipment and facility operation and conservation * Support activities conducted by external companies * Record data and document work outcomes * Use and maintain assigned materials responsibly * Monitor and oversee assigned hotels * Report hotel incidents * Supervise and maintain hotel swimming pools * Monitor water parameters (pH, chlorine, temperature) and manage chemical products * Maintain technical pool equipment and keep sanitary records compliant with current regulations REQUIREMENTS * Prior experience in facility maintenance, preferably in holiday hotels * Proactive attitude with a desire to add value to your work * Knowledge of plumbing, electricity, etc. * Prior experience in hotels and sanitary management (legionella, pest control, air conditioning) * Availability to work rotating shifts if required * Legionella certification is highly desirable
