We are seeking a person to carry out maintenance tasks at an organization's facilities in Madrid. The main objective is to preserve the good condition and functionality of the premises and floors, ensuring that everything operates correctly. Responsibilities include preventing and resolving breakdowns, performing electrical and manual repairs, as well as painting, carpentry, or minor construction work. It will also be necessary to inspect buildings to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as to assist in the installation of new furniture or equipment. Other tasks involve scheduled machinery inspections, cleaning of facilities, and supporting the arrival of program users—for example, by making purchases or preparing spaces. The position requires adherence to the organization’s code of conduct and policies to prevent abuse and harassment. A temporary contract is offered, with working hours to be determined and an annual salary between 18.001 and 24.000 euros.
