Responsibilities * Assist in preparing and cooking dishes following the kitchen team’s instructions. * Clean, cut, and prepare ingredients required for service. * Collaborate in plating and preparation of dishes. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and proper organization of the kitchen, utensils, and work areas. * Receive, store, and preserve goods and raw materials correctly. * Assist in basic stock control, inventory management, and product replenishment. * Comply with and ensure adherence to hygiene, food safety, and HACCP regulations. * Support the kitchen team during service to guarantee agile and efficient operations. * Contribute to a positive work environment by actively collaborating with the rest of the team.
