CATALONIA HOTELS \& RESORTS is seeking Kitchen Assistants to work in our hotels located in central SEVILLA. MAIN TASKS: · Collaborate with the kitchen team in processes including receipt of raw materials, storage, thawing, temperature control, handling, cleaning, and disinfection. · Perform scheduled tasks related to food preparation and presentation. · Carry out periodic cleaning tasks as outlined in the established plan. · Handle food in compliance with current regulations. · Inspect and monitor kitchen equipment, reporting any issues immediately. · Assist in implementing menus and meal plans. · Monitor and ensure proper storage and optimal utilization of provided ingredients. REQUIREMENTS: · Prior experience as a Kitchen Assistant. · Proactivity and dynamism. · Positive attitude, teamwork, initiative, and results-oriented mindset.
