**RESPONSIBILITIES:** – Staff organization and management – Control of truck entries and exits at the facility – Daily planning of plant tasks, including sorting, maintenance, cleaning, administration, etc. – Data monitoring and preparation of activity reports. – Coordination with other companies involved in the operation. **TASKS:** – Task scheduling – Monthly performance evaluation. – Monitoring of staff attendance. – Completion of facility inspection checklists. – Coordination with other professionals. **QUALIFICATIONS:** Higher Vocational Training (FP Grado Superior), preferably as a Technical Specialist in Social Integration (T.E.S.A.). **EXPERIENCE:** – Technical expertise – Practical experience or work with persons with disabilities. **OTHER REQUIREMENTS:** Driver's license category B1, basic computer skills, knowledge of Quality Management Systems – ISO 14001 and ISO 9001, and leadership ability. **CONDITIONS:** **Location:** Santander (Centro Entorno) **Working Hours:** Part-time (32.5 hours/week) **Schedule:** SHIFT 1 – 8:30 – 15:00 (Monday–Friday) SHIFT 2 – 8:30 – 14:25 (Monday–Friday) and 8:30 – 11:30 (Saturday) **Contract Type:** Temporary replacement **Job Category:** Senior Technician – Level 1 (Group III) **Salary:** €1197 gross/month (14 payments per year)
