The position requires availability for two days per week, covering a total of 15 hours weekly. Flexibility in working hours, as well as the ability to work autonomously and with excellent organizational skills, will be valued. The ideal candidate must demonstrate solid knowledge and practical experience in gardening tasks. Key responsibilities: - General maintenance of green areas, including mowing lawns, pruning shrubs and trees, and weeding. - Watering and fertilizing plants, flowers, and trees according to the specific needs of each species and season. - Planting and caring for flowers, plants, and shrubs. - Safe and responsible application of phytosanitary treatments and pest control. - Maintenance and cleaning of gardening tools and equipment. - Identification and resolution of plant health-related issues. - Collaboration on garden design and beautification projects. - Adherence to good gardening and sustainability practices. - Ensuring a well-maintained and aesthetically pleasing appearance across all landscaped areas. Preferred qualifications: - Certificate or training in gardening, landscaping, or agriculture. - Knowledge of local plant species and their care requirements. - Experience operating specialized machinery (e.g., ride-on mowers, professional brush cutters, etc.). - Official license for applying phytosanitary products. - Basic knowledge of automated irrigation systems. - Landscaping and garden design skills. - Experience maintaining large green spaces or botanical gardens. - Ability to work effectively in a team when required. - Commitment to safety and environmental protection.
