





We are looking for workers for a prominent company in the food industry. The main tasks involve processing frozen tuna. After thawing, the fish will be cleaned and cut to obtain loins. **There are two cleaning methods:** simple cleaning, which involves removing the skin, bones, and sangacho (a darker part of the tuna with a stronger flavor, where some residue may remain), and double cleaning, which is a more thorough process leaving no trace of sangacho. The pay rate is set at €9.79 per hour. The working schedule consists of 40 hours per week, distributed from Monday to Friday, with the possibility of working some Saturdays. Shifts are rotating, including morning shifts from 06:00 to 14:20 and afternoon shifts from 13:40 to 22:00. **Minimum requirements:** * Experience in cleaning bonito or tuna. * Immediate availability to start. * Responsible. * Ability to work in a team.
