**Bakery and Café Assistant – Full-time (Stable Position)** Are you passionate about baking, high-quality coffee, and customer service? We are looking to welcome a person with **proven experience** in bakery and café operations to join our team — someone seeking a stable position and eager to become part of a long-term project. **Responsibilities** * Baking and slicing bread. * Preparing high-quality coffees and beverages (barista-level expertise). * Customer service and advisory support. * Restocking and proper product presentation. * Cash handling and checkout operations. * Maintaining order and cleanliness in the workplace. **Requirements** * **Proven experience** working in a bakery and café. **We do not seek candidates without experience.** * Experience in bread slicing and baking. * Experience preparing high-quality coffee, including barista techniques. * Prior experience in specialty coffee cafés and artisanal bakeries with in-house production facilities is especially valued. * Excellent customer service attitude and strong service orientation. * Responsible, punctual, organized, and committed individual. * Ability to work collaboratively and thrive in a dynamic environment. * Motivation to work diligently, engage actively, and contribute to a stable project. **Offer** * Stable position. * Full-time schedule of **40 hours per week**. * Fixed working hours. * Two days off per week, including **two weekends off per month**. * Annual gross salary: **€20.400**. * Workplace location: **Kabieces**. * Start date: **August 1**. * Positive and supportive work environment.
