Job Summary: Responsible for the daily operation of a bakery, including store preparation, customer service, and product maintenance and cleaning. Key Responsibilities: 1. Full bakery management 2. Customer service and product restocking 3. Facility maintenance and cleaning In charge of bread distribution, morning store setup, bread and pastry display, customer service, restocking of packaged products, and afternoon store collection and cleaning.
