You will join a team that ensures security, resident assistance, and basic facility maintenance. **Grupo Ocean**, a leading provider of auxiliary services, is seeking a custodian with a disability certificate of 33% or higher for an office building located in the **Ventorro El Cano Industrial Park area in Alcorcón (Madrid)**. **Your responsibilities will include:** \- Center control and maintenance \- Cleaning and adaptation of spaces \- Access and service management (opening/closing of areas, access control, parcel handling, and incident resolution) \- General coordination and support (incident reporting, supervision of proper facility operation) **We offer:** \- 1-year temporary contract with potential conversion to permanent employment, based on performance \- Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, **Monday to Friday** \- Working hours: **9:00–14:00 and 16:00–19:00** \- Salary according to the Auxiliary Workers’ Collective Agreement: €1,441 gross per month, paid in 12 installments \- Start date: **September 1st** **Requirements:** \- Disability certificate of 33% or higher, or IPT (Individual Placement and Training) \- Registered as a job seeker \- Prior experience in the sector is preferred but not mandatory \- Responsible, solution-oriented, courteous individual capable of following procedures \- Ability to perform basic maintenance tasks \- Driver’s license and personal vehicle preferred for commuting to the workplace At **Grupo Ocean**, we value the inclusion of **all individuals and groups**, fostering a respectful and safe environment.
