Cleaning and maintenance of the kitchen, utensils, tableware, and equipment. Assisting in food preparation by performing basic tasks such as washing, peeling, cutting, and preparing ingredients. Collaborating in plating, assembling dishes, trays, or meal carts. Receiving, storing, and restocking raw materials, following preservation guidelines. Complying with food hygiene and safety regulations, maintaining order and cleanliness in the work area. ### **Requirements** What are we looking for? * Ability to work effectively in a team * Demonstrable experience in collective catering, preferably in a senior residential facility for at least one year, with verifiable references. * A highly committed individual regarding HACCP and PRPs (Prerequisite Programs), needs assessment, and effective procurement. * A solution-oriented and organized person, accustomed to working under pressure. ### **Offer** What do we offer? * Long-term substitute position * Salary according to the Basque Country Catering Collective Agreement (PV) * Weekly working hours: 35 * Schedule: Continuous morning shift (8\.30 a.m. to 3\.30 p.m.) or afternoon shift (1\.30 p.m. to 9\.30 p.m.), depending on scheduling * Work location: Loiu Gurena
