The selected person will be responsible for food preparation and presentation, ensuring quality and food safety at all times. **Responsibilities:** * Develop culinary preparations, ensure compliance with defined menus and technical specifications, and implement good practices. * Prepare standard menus and adapted diets. * Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure proper organization and workflow. * Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations – HACCP recordkeeping. * Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks in the work area, and monitor the use of machinery, materials, and utensils. **We offer:** * **30-hour weekly schedule.** * **Schedule: Week 1 (Monday to Friday) / Week 2 (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday). Afternoon shift, with two split shifts per week. In Week 1, the split shifts fall on Thursday and Friday.
