Duties include assisting in the preparation of established menus while ensuring quality and daily production; placing necessary orders; maintaining kitchen cleanliness; and monitoring food storage and utilization. A temporary part-time contract is offered, covering weekends and holidays from 9:00 to 14:00\. Candidates must be available to work during these hours and dates, reside in Zarautz or nearby areas, and hold a food handling certificate; prior kitchen experience is also valued.
