As a **Waiter/Waitress**, you will play a key role in the hotel’s gastronomic experience. Your objective will be to guarantee attentive, professional, and approachable service in our dining venues, consistently embodying the values of elegance, quality, and excellence that define the Hotel Encinar de Sotogrande. **Main Responsibilities** * Attend to and advise customers in the Restaurant, Lobby, and Pool areas. * Take orders and serve food and beverages in accordance with hotel standards. * Maintain cleanliness, order, and proper arrangement of the work area. * Coordinate with the kitchen and the rest of the team to ensure swift, high-quality service. * Contribute to a positive and professional working environment. **Requirements** * Prior experience as a waiter/waitress in hotels or restaurants of similar category. * Professional appearance, strong communication skills, and customer orientation. * Intermediate level of English (other languages are an asset). * Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure. * Positive attitude, professionalism, and passion for service. **We Offer** * Integration into a dynamic and professional team within an exclusive environment. * Continuous training and development opportunities. * Employment contract according to the Hospitality Industry Collective Agreement.
