We are looking for a person with experience to work as a butcher shop assistant. The position offers an indefinite contract and will be carried out on a full-time basis. Main responsibilities will include the preparation of different types of meat, such as cutting, deboning, cleaning, slicing, and seasoning meat pieces. The candidate will also be responsible for stock management and restocking, conducting inventories, serving at the counter, directly selling to customers, and maintaining cleanliness of the work area. For this position, at least 12 months of prior experience in similar roles within the butchery sector is required.
