**Job Description** We are seeking to hire a **Bus Driver** for a newly created position within the organization, focused on managing and optimizing a **12-meter, 57-seat bus**. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality transportation services, combining standard driving duties with new operational tasks designed to increase vehicle utilization and enhance service flexibility. This is a developmental role, offering the **possibility of conversion into a permanent position** following an initial 6-month evaluation period, during which the role’s progression, requirements, and operational effectiveness will be assessed. **Key Functions and Responsibilities**. * Maintain the vehicle in optimal condition, ensuring its cleanliness, preservation, and scheduled maintenance. * Conduct basic vehicle inspections and report any incidents or maintenance needs. * Transport patients, conduct excursions, and carry out other scheduled services. * Accompany patients during transit, providing attentive, professional, and needs-adapted care. * Inform and advise patients on matters related to the transportation service. * During periods without scheduled routes or excursions, assist with other bus-related operational tasks to maximize service efficiency. * Participate in new transportation activities or services aimed at increasing the role’s pace and utility. **Position Organization** * Working hours remain to be defined, with the aim of achieving efficient scheduling and a continuous workday. * A dynamic and versatile position, with responsibilities adapted to daily needs. * The objective is to develop a driver profile that integrates driving, patient care, and operational support. **Minimum Qualifications and Experience** * Minimum of **2 years’ experience as a bus driver**. * Valid **D driving license** and **CAP certification**. **Desirable Qualifications and Experience** * More than 2 years’ experience as a bus driver and/or chauffeur. * Basic mechanical training or knowledge. * Foreign language skills: English, German, or French.
