We are looking for a person to join our team on **Sunday afternoons/evenings**. **Main responsibilities:** * Support bar staff during service. * Prepare and restock the bar before and during service. * Keep refrigerators constantly stocked. * Collect, wash, and arrange glasses. * Carry drinks from the bar to various areas as needed. * Collect glasses, bottles, and waste from tables and customer areas. * Keep the bar, storage area, and workspaces clean and organized. * Restock ice, glasses, bottles, and other supplies during service. * Support the bar and dining room teams during peak workload periods. * Keep tables and customer areas clean and tidy throughout the night. * Assist with collection, cleaning, and closing procedures at the end of service. We seek a person who is **proactive, organized, quick, and capable of working in a dynamic environment with high workload**.
