Description
This position is based in a dynamic workplace committed to inclusion. Key responsibilities include controlling access to the facilities, ensuring that only authorized staff and registered visitors are permitted entry. This role is critical for maintaining security and order. Users are also assisted by providing clear information and support to facilitate their movement through the building, thereby fostering a welcoming and professional environment.
Another part of the role involves performing administrative and support tasks, such as document management, preparation of daily reports, and handling cleaning logs. Basic computer tools—including word processors and spreadsheets—must be used. Additionally, basic maintenance duties are carried out, such as turning lights and climate control systems on and off, contributing to smooth operations and energy efficiency.
The position requires constant mobility throughout the building to address unforeseen needs. Work is performed on a rotating shift schedule covering morning, afternoon, and night shifts, with a full-time workload of 162 hours per month. The contract is a substitute position.
