A company in the carpentry sector is looking to hire a WORKSHOP MANAGER to carry out installation and assembly work in residential and commercial premises. Main Responsibilities: * Organization and supervision of manufacturing tasks. * Production planning and task assignment to staff. * Quality control of completed work. * Management of materials, tools, and machinery. * Interpretation of blueprints and project tracking. * Supervision of compliance with occupational safety and risk prevention regulations. * Resolution of incidents and continuous improvement of production processes. * Interpretation of blueprints and assembly drawings. * Final on-site adjustments and finishing touches. * Use of manual and electric tools. * Verification of quality and final finish. Requirements: * Minimum 5 years of experience in woodworking and team management. * Design and development of custom furniture using **AutoCAD or similar software.** * Advanced knowledge of custom furniture and carpentry element manufacturing. * Ability to interpret blueprints and technical documentation. * Experience operating conventional and CNC machinery. * Leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. * Valid driver's license (Class B). * Responsible, detail-oriented individual with a strong teamwork attitude.
