They operate under rigorous European quality standards for welding and adhesive bonding, with a strong culture of continuous improvement and Lean processes.*** ***Job Mission*** Support leadership, coordination, and assurance of all plant welding processes, guaranteeing quality, productivity, and compliance with applicable technical regulations. **Main Responsibilities** ***People and Operations Management*** * Support coordination and supervision of a team of \+40 **welders** distributed across **3 production halls**. * Plan workloads, task assignments, and daily priorities. * Monitor performance, attendance, training, and operational discipline. * Ensure achievement of production, quality, and timeline targets. ***Quality and Technical Regulations*** * Ensure compliance with welding-related standards: * Coordinate internal and external audits associated with certifications. * Validate welding procedures. ***Processes, Methods, and Lean Manufacturing*** * Supervise and optimize welding and adhesive bonding processes. * Implement Lean Manufacturing methodologies. * Identify productive improvements and propose process changes. * Ensure occupational safety and proper use of equipment. ***Internal and External Communication*** * Coordinate with engineering, quality, and maintenance departments. * Collaborate with certification bodies and official sector organizations. * Participate in meetings with plant management and department heads. ***Who Are You?*** **Education** * Industrial Technical Engineering degree (preferably mechanical) or equivalent. * Specialized training in welding: * Master’s in Welding (Processes, Materials, Calculations).
