DESCRIPTION Environmental sector company is seeking to hire **one Traffic and Logistics Manager** for the Girona area, aiming to lead the planning and operational management of assigned routes, coordinate a team of drivers, and ensure efficiency, safety, and service quality. The position is within the logistics and transportation department, reporting directly to the group's department director. The candidate will manage a team of 12 drivers. #### **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Design and optimize transportation routes within the assigned area based on efficiency, sustainability, and economic performance. * Coordinate, supervise, and support the driver team, ensuring compliance with traffic, safety, and quality regulations. * Manage and resolve operational incidents promptly and effectively, maintaining smooth communication with clients and internal teams. * Monitor proper maintenance, usage, and availability of the assigned vehicle fleet. * Identify improvement areas and propose actions for continuous optimization of logistics processes. #### **‍** **JOB REQUIREMENTS:** * Previous experience in a similar responsibility role, preferably in waste management or service transportation sectors. * Experience leading transportation professionals (drivers). * Higher education related to logistics, traffic management, transportation, or related fields. * Proficiency in office software and advanced digital skills. * Up-to-date knowledge of transportation and road safety regulations. * Strong organizational, decision-making, and autonomous work abilities, with a results-oriented mindset. **Who are we looking for?** Dynamic, solution-oriented person with customer service aptitude, planning, organization, and coordination skills (internal and external). **WHAT WE OFFER: BENEFITS:** * Permanent contract and stable project. * Working hours: Monday to Thursday from 8:00 to 17:00 h, Friday from 8:00 to 14:00 h. * Continuous training and professional mentoring. * Social benefits package: coaching, employee wellness program, English classes, partial medical insurance, weekly fresh fruit, summer shortened working days, and other additional perks. * Salary based on experience + variable
