We are currently recruiting a Production Operator to join a major industrial company, offering genuine growth prospects. Main responsibilities: Pallet repair and conditioning. Cutting and replacing wooden components. Operation of reciprocating saws and pneumatic nail guns. Preparing pallets for reuse. Support in general production tasks. ### **Requirements** Experience operating reciprocating saws Experience using nail guns Prior experience in carpentry, woodworking, or pallet repair is desirable. ### **Offered** Monday to Friday, initially from 07:00 to 15:00 during the training period. Subsequently, an 8-hour daily schedule aligned with production needs. After the initial period, the candidate will transition to the role of Production Operator, working the same rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night) and under the same conditions as the rest of the team. Terms: Immediate start. Initial 2-month contract performing pallet repair duties. Opportunity for extension and progression to Production Operator position.
