We are seeking an organized and solution-oriented individual to support the operations area by managing orders, samples, and production, while ensuring proper coordination among client, workshop, and internal team.

We accompany our clients from the development phase through to final production, with special attention paid to quality, timelines, and seamless coordination among client, workshop, and internal team.
Main Responsibilities
The selected candidate will support the operations area in the daily management of orders, samples, and production, ensuring all technical and production-related information is accurate before proceeding to each phase.
Key responsibilities include:
* Review confirmed orders and verify that all required information is complete and correct.
* Review and validate technical specifications, measurements, materials, trims, finishes, and client-specific requirements.
* Verify fabric, material, and component consumption required for each order.
* Prepare materials for samples and production, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to the workshop.
* Coordinate sample requests with workshops and track their execution.
* Review received samples, validate compliance with technical specifications, and identify potential issues.
* Coordinate necessary adjustments or corrections prior to moving into production.
* Validate garment construction timelines, production processes, and operational feasibility.
* Track ongoing orders in collaboration with the production, project, and warehouse teams.
* Anticipate issues related to materials, timelines, workshops, or technical information.
* Maintain up-to-date operational information in the company’s internal systems.
* Ensure smooth communication among client, workshop, and internal team.
Requirements
We seek an organized, solution-oriented professional with experience in the textile sector, particularly in development, sampling, and production processes.
Particularly valued:
* Prior experience in textile production, operations, procurement, product development, or workshop coordination.
* Knowledge of technical specifications, consumption calculations, fabrics, trims, and garment construction processes.
* Ability to review samples and detect technical or quality-related errors.
* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-up capability.
* Excellent communication skills with workshops, suppliers, and internal teams.
* Ability to manage multiple orders and projects simultaneously.
* Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, or other management tools.
* Proactive, practical, and problem-solving attitude.
Salary: 1\.300,00€\-2\.300,00€ per month
