As part of our positioning as a leading company in the defense field, we aim to reinforce our team with a Telecommunications Engineer for Radio Platform Development. What will you do? Design communication architectures for platforms according to operational and mission requirements. Analyze, evaluate, and select COTS communication solutions tailored to each project. Conduct comparative studies (trade\-off) considering parameters such as bandwidth, latency, range, resilience, SWaP\-C, and cost. Lead the integration of radios, antennas, and communication equipment into UAV platforms. Participate in system integration activities, laboratory testing, ground tests, and flight campaigns. Analyze, diagnose, and resolve issues related to communication system performance during integration and validation phases. Prepare technical documentation, functional specifications, interface control documents (ICD), integration procedures, and verification reports. Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure proper operation and integration of communication solutions. What are we looking for in you? Bachelor’s or Engineering degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role. Experience in design and integration of communication systems. Knowledge of communication architectures and radio systems. Experience working with communication equipment and systems. Advanced level of English. Teamwork skills and problem-solving orientation.
