B2B Sales Force and Multienergy In-Person Channel, we work daily to increase the number of B2B multienergy customers by managing and measuring Repsol’s sales force and in-person channels.** ### **Within the Performance and Reporting team, we are responsible for globally consolidating the cost and sales structure associated with this cross-functional area. This cost structure includes both costs directly attributable to the cross-functional area and budgets managed and/or directly allocated to business units that delegate to us the commercial management of their products and services.** **Main Responsibilities:** ======================= * ### **Lead the development of commercial budgets and track established objectives (sales and costs) by segment, business, manager, and acquisition channel.** * ### **Formulate, maintain, and interpret KPIs related to financial and business objective measurement, as well as measurement of commercial productivity and efficiency (primarily customer acquisition costs, volume, and contribution margin).** * ### **Deliver outputs (financial management closings) primarily focused on achieving fixed and variable cost budget targets.** * ### **Develop Power BI management reports and advanced PowerPoint presentations for results delivery in business committees.** * ### **Maintain RPA robots and Power Automate workflows.** * ### **Conduct ad hoc analyses to respond to business requests, and carry out commercial efficiency and management studies.** * ### **Manage supplier purchase orders and framework agreements** ### **What We Offer:** ================== * ### **Temporary Contract** * ### **Performance-Based Bonus** * ### **Health Insurance** * ### **Pension Plan Contribution** * ### **Digital Detachment Policy** * ### **Work-Life Balance Measures** * ### **Legal Advisory Services** * ### **Employee Support Services** **You’ll Be a Great Fit If:** ============================== * ### **You hold a Degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE) or Economics** * ### **You have knowledge of financial and analytical accounting, SAP ERP transaction/variant management, and reporting automation using RPA, Power Automate, and Power BI (DAX).** * ### **You possess strong analytical capabilities and communication skills to convey well-justified conclusions to top management; you are organized, autonomous, proactive, results-oriented, and able to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.** * ### **You can balance daily operational tracking with strategic vision of the commercial landscape.** \#LI\-PR1
