Due to increased activity, we are looking for a **System Engineer**, based in **Parets del Vallès, Barcelona**. As part of the **Team**, you will be responsible for:
* Describing applications for digital solutions in Teams in cooperation with operational staff and in alignment with industry regulations (IATF; ISOs…)
* Collaborating hand-in-hand with development teams (subcontractors, IS/IT…) and security teams (HSE).
* Participating in the development of digital solutions.
* Leading leadership change initiatives.
* Monitoring technical and technological developments within your scope.
**Experience, Knowledge and Skills**
* **Graduate in one of the related engineering disciplines.**
* **Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar roles.**
* Experience implementing industrial technologies, e.g., robots, augmented/virtual reality, automation… or knowledge of AI technologies, data analytics, data visualization, etc.
* Ability to implement these technologies.
* Development of digital solution processes.
* Practice of agile methodologies.
* IT and security knowledge.
* Knowledge of industrial tools including ERP, MRP, MES, PLM…
* **Advanced Spanish and English.**
**Desirable:**
* Experience in certified environments such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949 / VDA or other industrial standards.
