Spec-Driven Development Developer

**Description** Our client is an international company specializing in the sourcing, engineering, and distribution of sustainable chemical raw materials, with a global network operating in 18 countries and regional presence in markets such as France, Italy, and Algeria. **Responsibilities** * Participate in the development of internal applications and solutions using Spec\-Driven Development methodologies. * Translate business needs into structured technical and functional specifications. * Design, develop, test, and maintain web applications, APIs, integrations, and automations. * Use generative AI tools and programming assistants as part of the development lifecycle. * Define acceptance criteria, use cases, and technical requirements before implementation begins. * Design scalable and maintainable software architectures. * Develop integrations between internal systems, external platforms, databases, and third-party services. * Create automated tests based on defined specifications. * Review and validate code generated or assisted by artificial intelligence tools. * Maintain up-to-date technical documentation aligned with product specifications. * Collaborate with business users to understand and optimize existing processes. * Participate in automation and digital transformation initiatives within the organization. * Apply best practices in security, version control, CI/CD, and software quality. **Requirements** * Professional experience in software development. * Knowledge or experience working with Spec\-Driven Development, Specification\-First Development, or Requirements\-Driven Development approaches. * Ability to translate functional requirements into clear and structured technical specifications. * Experience in backend and/or full\-stack development. * Experience working with REST APIs and service-based architectures. * Knowledge of SQL and/or NoSQL databases. * Experience with Git and modern development methodologies. * Familiarity with automated testing and CI/CD processes. * Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, ChatGPT Codex, or similar solutions. * Ability to critically review AI-generated code and ensure its quality, security, and maintainability. * Good command of English for working in an international environment.
