DESCRIPTION **INPROTEINS**, an innovative **FOODTECH** startup (natural ingredients, plant-based proteins), backed by a major group of international investors, is seeking to hire **SHIFT PRODUCTION MANAGERS** for its upcoming facilities in **CURTIS** (A CORUÑA). **OFFERED**: * A **STABLE** position in a significant, innovative industrial project featuring disruptive technology. * **FIXED + VARIABLE SALARY.** * **22 DAYS OF VACATION + BIRTHDAY LEAVE + DECEMBER 24 AND 31 OFF.** * **CONTINUOUS WORK SCHEDULE, IN SHIFT WORK (MORNING, AFTERNOON, NIGHT).** Working days include Monday through Sunday, scheduled according to production needs, with legally mandated rest periods. * Joining a new and innovative **PROJECT**, **PIONEERING IN SPAIN**, collaborating with a highly talented and committed team—ensuring continuous learning and no monotony. * If you have always wanted to work for an organization with a **POSITIVE SOCIETAL IMPACT**, focused on sustainability, you can dedicate your talent and energy to creating **INNOVATIVE SOLUTIONS** that help improve our planet and feed more people with healthy ingredients. * A position with **GROWTH POTENTIAL**. **MISSION:** Ensure proper execution of the corresponding production shift’s daily planning, meeting established timelines and required QHSE standards. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Coordinate, supervise, organize, and support production personnel. * Promote effective departmental organization and establish efficient communication flows (including inter-shift communication). * Organize execution of the corresponding shift’s daily and weekly production plan by allocating necessary human and material resources to ensure timely and accurate delivery. * Possess in-depth knowledge of production line operations and be able to operate related facilities—including starting/stopping/selecting programs in designated zones/equipment as needed. * Ensure proper implementation of applicable Quality, Food Safety, Occupational Safety, and Environmental standards throughout the entire production process. * Supervise detailed execution of production processes, guaranteeing correct application of any other defined internal operational procedures (standards). * Identify deviations in production, quality, or performance; analyze root causes; and promptly propose corrective or improvement actions. * Serve as the department’s responsible figure when coordinating with Quality, Maintenance, and Logistics departments to ensure smooth operations and proper incident management. * Monitor key performance indicators and report them to the Production Manager at required intervals. * Participate in training, evaluation, and development of personnel under direct supervision. * Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the production area. REQUIREMENTS * Technical education: Medium Cycle, Higher Cycle, or Industrial qualifications related to Industrial Engineering, Maintenance, Food Industries, etc. * Minimum 3 YEARS of experience in the Food, Chemical, Pharmaceutical, or general Process Industries sectors, especially in Production or Maintenance roles. * Prior experience in shift leadership, line coordination, or similar positions. * Intermediate English (B1\). * Valid Class B Driver’s License. * Industrial Boiler Operator Certificate (issued by the Xunta de Galicia). * Availability to adapt to required shift rotation (3 daily shifts). * Residence in Curtis or nearby areas.
