THIS IS A POSITION FOR DRAFTING AND JUSTIFYING PROJECTS FOR GRANT CALLS FROM VARIOUS FUNDERS, NOT FOR DIRECT PERSONAL ASSISTANCE CODENAF implements development cooperation projects in Morocco, as well as social action and direct intervention projects with immigrant populations at national, regional, provincial, and local levels across Andalusia, in the social, employment, legal, and educational fields. **Responsibilities** * Full-cycle management of the entity’s local, regional, national, and cooperation social projects (FORMULATION, SUBMISSION, PLANNING, MONITORING, EVALUATION, AND TECHNICAL JUSTIFICATION). * Formulating projects adapted to the terms and criteria of various public and private calls (local, regional, national, and European scope). * Prospecting and identifying new international, national, regional, and local project calls aligned with the entity’s objectives and new funding sources. * Participating in regular, systematic regional coordination meetings among different departments and overall coordination. * Coordinating reports, summaries, adaptations, justifications, programs, and projects related to the area of responsibility. * Collecting technical and financial documentation for project application, monitoring, and justification. * Technical and financial justification of projects according to the regulations of various funders. * In general, any other duties inherent to the professional category, as assigned by the organization. **Offered** * Temporary employment contract of 30 hours/week * Workplace: CODENAF Sevilla * Immediate incorporation **Profile:** **Requirements** * Education/Knowledge: University degree or Master’s in International Cooperation * Experience in formulating projects for public or private funders, especially at local, regional, or national levels. * Demonstrable knowledge of the project cycle and the Logical Framework Approach (LFA). * Familiarity with major cooperation and social intervention calls (e.g., AACID, AECID, Regional Government of Andalusia, Provincial Councils, Municipalities, European Funds). * Strong technical writing skills and proficiency in office software. * Residence in Sevilla or availability to work on-site in the province. **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience in third-sector organizations * Training in gender and migration issues. * Language: English (especially written, for participation in European projects) **Competencies:** Problem analysis and resolution, Initiative and autonomy, Flexibility, Ability to lead initiatives, Organization and planning, Technical and personal reliability, Teamwork, Diplomacy and professionalism, Negotiation ability **Level:** Specialist **Contract Type:** Intensive working schedule **Duration:** Up to 6 months **Salary:** Between €18,001 and €24,000 gross/year **Minimum Education:** Bachelor's degree **Minimum Experience:** At least 2 years **Start Date:** 01/08/2026 **End Date of Activity:** 31/12/2026 **Number of Vacancies:** 1
