Requirements Main responsibilities: - Manage orders and ensure On\-Time, In\-Full delivery. - Coordinate shipments and forecasts with customers. - Support the S\&OP process and manage master data. - Administer inventory and optimize working capital. - Handle complaints, questionnaires, and specification updates. - Update price lists and coordinate intercompany business. - Participate in local and regional customer service projects. Mandatory Experience: - Customer service and systems (SAP, IBP, APO). - Multinational environments and team coordination. - Advanced Excel and product knowledge.
