We are recruiting for direct incorporation into the payroll of a major client — a senior PMO professional with extensive experience in technology projects. You will join as senior support to the Program Office for Cyberdefense projects involving European consortia and funding from the European Commission. Your role is the one that maintains order as projects scale: flawless documentation, up-to-date cost control, and the person the Project Manager relies on to stay on track. This is not a conventional administrative role. Defense projects demand an exceptionally high level of documentary, regulatory, and audit requirements — calling for someone with independent judgment, ability to liaise effectively with consortia, and understanding of the project’s financial lifecycle. ### **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES** – Draft and follow up on program meeting minutes, internal plenaries, and European consortium plenaries. – Prepare and consolidate programmatic presentations for consortium and Commission plenaries. – Manage project document control: versions, review statuses, quality standards, and configuration. – Track consortium and Commission documentation: comments, MODs, and deliverables. – Upload documentation to the Commission’s portal and act as backup to the PM when required. – Organize plenaries: venue booking, audiovisual equipment, access arrangements, and logistics. – Review monthly costs: collect invoices, monitor team expenses, licenses, and travel for audit purposes. – Track indirect costs and per-user licenses. – Support project audits and governance processes: planning and dashboards. ### **WHAT WE OFFER** – Direct employment with a leading multinational technology company specializing in cyberdefense, working on European-scale projects. – Two positions available — high likelihood of match. – Up to €55,000 gross/year, depending on experience. – Genuine hybrid model: 3 days remote / 2 days onsite. – Flexible location: Barcelona, Madrid, or León, based on your residence. – Projects with direct visibility before the European Commission and international consortia. – A stable environment, an established team, and well-defined work processes. REQUIREMENTS ### **WHAT WE NEED** – Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration & Management (ADE), Economics, Finance, or Engineering with a management orientation. – Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in Program or Project Management Offices handling complex projects. – Knowledge of budget management, cost control, and expenditure regulations applicable to technology or defense projects. – Proficiency in document and collaboration management tools: Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, or similar. – Ability to produce clear, structured technical writing — the minutes and documents you prepare will be submitted to the European Commission. – Minimum B2 English — the consortium operates in English, and documentation for the Commission is also in English. – Rigorous, organized, and autonomous profile. Capable of prioritizing tasks without constant supervision. ### **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** – Project management certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, PM2, or equivalent. – Familiarity with defense regulations or EU-funded projects (H2020, EDF, Horizon Europe). – Master’s degree in Project Management, Management Control, or Economic-Financial Management. – Experience in audits of European projects or R&D programs. – Knowledge of BI and reporting tools: Power BI, Tableau, or similar dashboards. – Experience in the defense, aerospace, or critical infrastructure sectors.
