We seek professionals with a strong technological vocation, a commitment to excellence, and the ability to operate in complex, highly specialized environments. **What We Offer** * Join a company engaged in high-impact technological projects. * Participation in enterprise-grade, mission-critical Kubernetes/OpenShift environments. * Long-term professional stability and development. * Continuous training and support for technical certifications. * Work with cutting-edge automation, virtualization, and cloud\-native technologies. * Flexible work model and remote work options depending on the project. * Competitive compensation aligned with experience and expertise provided. ### **Responsibilities** * Advanced administration and operation of OpenShift/Kubernetes clusters in production environments. * Management of nodes, networking, storage, operators, version upgrades, and patching. * Diagnosis and resolution of complex platform-related incidents, including Linux systems and network issues. * Administration and optimization of Linux systems (preferably RHEL). * Management of virtualization environments (KVM, OpenShift Virtualization, VMware vCenter, or equivalent technologies). * Design, implementation, and maintenance of continuous integration and deployment pipelines using tools such as Tekton, Jenkins, or GitLab CI/CD. * Automation of operational tasks and infrastructure using Ansible, including development of playbooks and roles. * Implementation of security policies, monitoring, backup, and observability for the platform. * Collaboration with development and architecture teams to improve application lifecycles. * Creation of technical documentation, operational procedures, and runbooks. * Participation in on-call rotations or rotational support, as required by service needs. ### **Requirements** * Minimum 4\-5 years of hands-on experience administering Kubernetes/OpenShift platforms in production. * Solid Linux system administration knowledge, preferably Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL). * Experience with CI/CD tools such as Tekton, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or similar. * Demonstrable experience automating infrastructure and operations using Ansible. * Networking knowledge in containerized environments: TCP/IP, DNS, load balancers, proxies, and firewalls. * Virtualization knowledge (KVM, KubeVirt, OpenShift Virtualization, or equivalent technologies). * Understanding of cloud\-native security concepts: RBAC, secret management, network policies, and access control. Ability to work autonomously, with strong problem-solving orientation and effective communication across multidisciplinary teams. **Especially Valued** * CKA, CKAD, or official Red Hat OpenShift certifications. * Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform, Helm, Kustomize). * Knowledge of observability and monitoring (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, ELK). * Experience in hybrid or multicloud environments. * Familiarity and experience with GitOps tools (ArgoCD, Flux). * Experience in high-availability and critical platform environments.
