We are looking for a Senior MLOps Engineer with solid experience in Databricks to lead the construction, automation, and optimization of our Machine Learning pipelines in a high-performance cloud environment. You will be a key player in the industrialization of ML models and in the evolution of our advanced data and analytics platform. What will you do on the project? What will be your role? * Design, implement, and maintain scalable and robust Machine Learning pipelines using Databricks, MLflow, and Delta Lake. * Develop advanced MLOps practices: model versioning, CI/CD, automation, monitoring, and model governance. * Collaborate with Data Science, Data Engineering, and Architecture teams to ensure efficient, reproducible, and secure deployments. * Optimize costs, performance, and traceability in cloud environments (Azure/AWS). * Define best practices and engineering standards applied to ML. * Manage and improve infrastructure required for the full model lifecycle. * Provide technical vision, mentorship, and leadership for MLOps initiatives within the area. To succeed in this position, you need knowledge and experience in: * +4–5 years of experience in MLOps or Machine Learning Engineering environments. * Expert-level proficiency in Databricks (Jobs, Workflows, Repos, Model Serving). * Experience with MLflow, Delta Lake, and Spark. * Solid knowledge of CI/CD (Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions / Jenkins). * Experience deploying ML solutions on Azure, AWS, or GCP. * Strong Python and SQL skills. * Familiarity with containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes). * Knowledge of observability practices: logging, metrics, monitoring, and alerting. Also valued: * Certifications in Databricks or Cloud.- * Experience working with Data Science teams. * Experience in modern data architecture (Lakehouse).
