Ametller Origen is a company in full expansion phase where you will have the freedom to propose and implement new ideas and work collaboratively with the team. **What will be your mission at Ametller Origen?** Ensure coordination and operation of the section to guarantee procurement, commercial implementation, customer and team satisfaction, as well as achievement of objectives. **How will you do it?** * You will be a role model for your team: You will support and monitor your team to ensure their training and growth. * You will collaborate in procurement management and ensure the product flow from supply to sale. * You will implement commercial actions for your section to guarantee achievement of objectives. You will support your manager in planning, team management, KPI monitoring, and resolution of store incidents and needs. * **What will make you succeed?** * Be enthusiastic, motivating, and communicative, thereby inspiring your team, bringing out the best in each person, and positioning yourself as a leader. * Prior experience in team management. * Your operational experience and vision in managing a section. * Analytical ability and global vision to ensure commercial actions, resolve conflicts, and identify priorities at any given moment. **What will the selection process be like?** In the first stage, you will have an interview with a recruitment specialist, during which we will explain the project, the responsibilities involved, and the conditions we can offer you. In the second stage, you will have an interview with the regional manager and/or regional head to assess your technical expertise.
