You’ll have access to **medical insurance** at competitive rates. **Christmas voucher** of €50 on the customer card. **Bon Preu salary incentive.** **Office location:** Masies de Voltregà (Osona)**.** **DO YOU WANT TO KNOW YOUR MISSION?** ----------------------------------------- You’ll join a cross-functional team with direct impact on Bon Preu Group’s operations, participating in the analysis and monitoring of key indicators related to stock, loss, and store operations. * You’ll **analyze** inventory discrepancies detected in stores and investigate their possible causes. * You’ll **monitor** unknown loss, identifying deviations and proposing improvement actions. * You’ll **review** shrinkage across different departments and detect possible anomalies or incidents. * You’ll **investigate** situations related to stock, inventories, item configurations, adjustments, and operational processes to understand their origin and impact. * You’ll **analyze** business information and data to identify patterns, trends, and improvement opportunities. * You’ll **prepare and review** daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to loss, stock, and store operations. * You’ll **participate** in monitoring internal and external fraud, both in stores and online channels. * You’ll **collaborate** with various organizational teams to resolve incidents and improve processes. * You’ll **support** stores with queries related to inventories, stock, and loss. * You’ll **share knowledge and deliver training** to store teams to promote best practices in stock management. **WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE?** -------------------------------------------- * A university degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Economics, or a related field would be ideal. * Experience in areas such as **controlling, administration, auditing, inventory management, logistics, or data analysis** is valued—though we’d also love to meet recent graduates eager to learn and grow with us. * You’ll be well-suited for this role if you enjoy **analyzing information, investigating incidents, and identifying root causes**. * You’ll feel comfortable working with **data, metrics, and numbers**, transforming\-them into actionable insights for decision-making. * It’s important that you’re an **organized, methodical, detail-oriented person**, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities. * You’ll enjoy collaborating with various organizational teams and possess strong **communication skills** to explain findings and support stores. * Knowledge of **ERP systems or enterprise management tools** related to stock, inventory, or operational processes is a plus. Particularly valued experience or motivation in: * Inventory or stock control and analysis. * Controlling or administration departments. * Internal or external auditing. * Business-oriented data analysis. * Retail, distribution, or logistics environments.
