REQUIREMENTS * Minimum **3 years’ experience** in payroll/HR consulting or similar role * Up-to-date knowledge of **labor legislation.** * Proficient use of labor management software (e.g., A3Nom, Sage, or others). * Academic background in Labor Relations, Law, or related field is desirable. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Residence in Madrid.
