Sales and Customer Experience Manager Las Torres de Cotillas (Murcia) \| Full-time At Caravanas Murcia, a leading company in the caravaning sector with over 30 years of experience, we are seeking to hire a Sales and Customer Experience Manager to oversee the sales process and coordinate comprehensive customer service. Main responsibilities In-person, telephone, and WhatsApp customer service. Prospect follow-up and sales closure. Preparation of quotations, financing options, and insurance policies. Coordination of deliveries and operational follow-up with workshop and vehicle preparation teams. Document management, vehicle registration, and mandatory technical inspections (ITV). Incident resolution and after-sales support. Support for commercial activities, events, and enhancement of customer experience. Requirements English proficiency at C1 level, both spoken and written. Experience in sales and customer service. Organized, solution-oriented, and multitasking profile. Proficiency with digital tools and CRM systems. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Preferred qualifications French and/or German language skills. Experience in the automotive, caravaning, or vehicle industry. Knowledge of financing and insurance products.
