Your responsibilities will include: * **Designing and developing new products and improvements**, focusing on competitiveness and sustainability. You will define specifications and execution timelines, collaborating with **international R&D&i teams** to align projects. You will provide technical support to other departments, maintain contact with strategic customers, and attend sector trade fairs to understand market needs. * Playing a key role in the **technical-economic definition of products**, managing schedules, resources, and investments. You will supervise validation plans in collaboration with the laboratory and resolve potential issues arising during development. You will work closely with Operations and Quality to ensure a smooth transition into Production. * Ensuring adherence to project **budgets**, reporting deviations to the R&D Director and preparing procurement proposals for required resources. * Being responsible for the **documentation** necessary for product implementation—including drawings, specifications, and certifications—and its subsequent maintenance. * Ensuring designed equipment complies with **product regulations and specifications**, current legislation, and industrial requirements. Additionally, you will propose **continuous improvement actions**, both for the product and for the manufacturing process, always aiming to optimize quality and efficiency. * Leading meetings of involved teams, ensuring appropriate use of your department’s **communication channels**, and maintaining effective communication with other company departments and stakeholders. * Applying procedures to **minimize environmental impact**, identifying and reducing the environmental footprint of products across their lifecycle—particularly regarding raw material consumption and waste generation. **What will make you succeed in this role?** * A degree in **Engineering and a high level of English**, both spoken and written, are essential. * Postgraduate qualifications such as PMP certification or equivalent are highly valued. * A **minimum of five years’ experience** in a similar role within a professionalized company engaged in designing and developing technical products is required.
