Make a visible impact in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. #### **Your mission** Relentlessly advance TURN2X projects toward FID readiness by owning both project development execution and commercial structuring, while operating in a fast\-moving environment. #### **Your Responsibilities** * Drive TURN2X projects from origination through advanced development stages across Spain and Portugal. * Support both technical/project development and commercial work\-streams in parallel to keep projects moving fast. * Coordinate with internal teams (Engineering, Finance, Legal) and external stakeholders (partners, utilities, authorities). * Contribute to structuring and progressing co\-development opportunities with local partners. * Prepare clear, decision\-ready inputs for internal gates and leadership discussions. * Operate hands\-on in a dynamic environment, proactively identifying bottlenecks and unblocking issues. #### **Your profile** * 3\+ years of experience in project development (preferably hydrogen, solar PV or biomethane), commercial, strategy consulting, or startup/scale\-up environments. * Strong ownership mindset with a bias for action and problem\-solving. * Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast\-changing setups and juggling multiple priorities. * Interest in energy, infrastructure, renewables, hydrogen, or PtX projects. * Strong communication skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders. * Fluent in English and Spanish; German is a plus. * Based in Madrid and open to frequent travel. #### **Why us?** * Direct exposure to real project ownership, commercial negotiations, and FID preparation. * Close collaboration with founders and senior leadership. * The opportunity to build PtX projects across Europe. * A fast\-paced, entrepreneurial environment where you can make a visible impact from day one. #### **About us** We are TURN2X, a passionate team on the mission to enhance energy security in Europe and tackle 14\.5% of global emissions, making a real impact on the future of sustainable energy.
