Do you want to join The Happiness Industry? **Key responsibilities will include the following** * Prospecting, identifying, and negotiating with suppliers. * Analyzing and monitoring pricing. * Overseeing documentation management for each purchase. * Planning purchases for new hotel openings. * Coordinating and managing procurement activities and the purchasing team. * Direct contact with national and international suppliers. * Defining and managing purchasing volumes and the department’s budget. * Developing and leading action plans to optimize costs and improve procurement processes. * Managing all operational aspects and related documentation. **What are we looking for in you?** * **Leadership and project management:** Proven experience leading end\-to\-end projects, coordinating teams, defining objectives, prioritizing initiatives, and continuously tracking results and impact. * **Strategic communication skills** * **Autonomy and decision\-making ability:** You work with a high degree of independence, identifying improvement opportunities and anticipating potential challenges.
