LUZA Group is seeking to hire a **PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR** for a growing industrial company, aiming to strengthen the organization and efficiency of the production plant. What will your responsibilities be? * Distribute blueprints and production orders to staff. * Assign and organize tasks and teams on the shop floor. * Record and monitor production hours. * Supervise quality self-checks and processes. * Manage and document production incidents. * Perform quality control upon receipt of materials. * Supervise material traceability and movements. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and organization on the shop floor. * Identify and control materials in production. * Coordinate maintenance interventions. * Manage waste on the shop floor. * Ensure compliance with and supervise occupational health and safety (PRL) regulations. * Conduct inventories and stock control. * Maintain operational communication with the production team. * Monitor the overall status of products on the shop floor. Requirements: * Work methods and time standards * Facility maintenance * ISO 9000 standards * Minimum education: Higher Vocational Training Degree * Team and personnel management * Teamwork * Responsibility and reliability * Leadership (desirable) * Communication skills * Initiative, flexibility, and capacity for continuous improvement What do we offer?
