Direct hiring by the company for an indefinite position JOB DESCRIPTION **QUALITY ETT**, a company specialized in recruitment and temporary staffing, is committed to supporting your professional career path **\#theETTofnewopportunities** At Quality ETT Vitoria, we are looking for a **Production Operator** for a company located in Gamarra, engaged in the manufacturing of non-ferrous mineral materials, with experience in **Front-End Loader** operation. **Main Responsibilities and Tasks:** * Monitoring and control of standard manufacturing processes on the plant floor * Monitoring and control of grinding, classification, and material preparation * Bagging and palletizing of finished products * Stock control in silos and stockpiles * Operation of a front-end loader for internal material handling * General plant cleaning, organization, and maintenance **Employment Conditions:** Direct hiring by the company \- Indefinite Position **Working Hours:** Full-time **Shifts:** Weekly rotating shifts from 4:00 \- 22:00 Professional training and knowledge in maintenance are desirable. REQUIREMENTS \- Vocational Training Certificate (Medium Level) \- Installation and Maintenance * Prior experience as a production operator in an industrial environment * Demonstrable experience operating a front-end loader * Valid license or certification for operating heavy machinery (highly desirable) * Responsible, proactive individual with strong teamwork skills * Availability to work rotating shifts * Personal vehicle or convenient access to Gamarra
