The selected candidate must ensure achievement of product performance, quality, timeline, and cost objectives. Remote work is possible. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage bumper system development activities. * Coordinate design validation (DV) and supplier-related activities. * Actively participate in design reviews and resolution of technical issues. * Manage engineering changes (ECN/ECR). * Ensure compliance with customer (OEM) requirements. ### **Requirements:** * Solid expertise in bumper design (bumper systems). * Proficiency in CATIA V5\. * Experience in project management. * Knowledge of quality tools such as DFMEA and DVP. * Experience in supplier management. * Good command of English (spoken and written). * Experience in product engineering, preferably in bumper or exterior automotive component development. **What You’ll Love About Working Here**: We offer a comprehensive portfolio of Development and Work-Life Balance initiatives, including, but not limited to: Onboarding support via our Buddy Program. 24 vacation days \+ 2 personal days \+ December 24 and 31 \+ option to purchase up to 7 additional vacation days per year.
