You will be responsible for preparing and adjusting machines to ensure optimal performance before production begins. Your mission will be to closely monitor the entire process, guaranteeing the highest possible quality. This means paying close attention to all details and promptly correcting any deviations from the plan. You will also need to remain vigilant for any problems that may arise during production. You are expected to independently resolve minor malfunctions to prevent workflow interruptions. You will assist with all tasks along the production line, working hand-in-hand with your colleagues. This position is ideal for someone who learns quickly, adapts well, and demonstrates strong responsibility—ensuring all operations run efficiently. Prior verifiable experience as a production operator in industrial environments is required, preferably within the printing sector. Basic knowledge of industrial machinery operation and maintenance is essential. A Medium-Level Vocational Training Certificate (Ciclo Formativo de Grado Medio) in fields related to production or mechanics is considered an advantage. Availability to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night) is mandatory. Additionally, having your own vehicle is necessary to commute to the workplace, as public transportation options may be limited at the location. Candidates must have at least 1 year of relevant experience.
