We are a communications and public affairs agency with 40 years of experience in Spain, and we are proud to be part of Accordience — an international group specializing in public relations, public affairs, financial and corporate communications, comprising Grayling, Citigate Dewe Rogerson, Red, and Cirkle. Together, we have approximately 1,000 employees operating across 30 countries.
From the **Public Affairs** division of **Grayling Spain**, we are looking to hire a consultant for our Madrid office. We value candidates with interest in and knowledge of current political, institutional, and regulatory developments, as well as prior experience in agencies, corporate public affairs departments, or advisory roles for political parties and institutions.

**What we are looking for:**
* Degree in Political Science, Law, or related fields, with a Master’s or postgraduate degree in Public Affairs or similar.
* **Experience** in consultancy or Public Affairs/Institutional Relations departments. We will also consider candidates from the political or institutional sphere, with experience in Spanish political parties, governments, or parliaments.
* Interest in **current political, institutional, and regulatory affairs**, and knowledge of parliamentary systems and legislative processes.
* Experience designing and implementing **Public Affairs strategies**, as well as preparing political intelligence reports and other value-adding documents for clients.
* Ability to monitor and analyze regulatory initiatives.
* Skill in **client management**, organizing institutional meetings, and preparing proposals for new business.
* **English proficiency at C1 or C2 level**, with fluency to manage international projects, draft documents, and conduct meetings or videoconferences in English.
