We are looking for a Production Manager for the night shift at a food industry company located in Daganzo de Arriba, Madrid. The position offers an indefinite-term contract with a Monday-to-Friday night schedule. Salary will be negotiated based on the candidate's experience. The primary mission is to supervise and coordinate shift operations, managing both human and technical resources in accordance with established plans. Daily production must be ensured while complying with food safety, environmental, and prevention regulations, as well as monitoring waste and productivity targets. Key duties include supervising manufacturing procedures, managing documentation, training staff on processes, preparing raw materials, reviewing cleaning checklists, and supporting facility and equipment maintenance. Prior experience as a Production Supervisor leading teams and vocational training (FP) are required. Key competencies include effective communication, planning, organization, conflict resolution, and continuous improvement orientation.
