We are currently seeking to hire a Naval Engineer to join our **submarine lifecycle support team** for the S\-80 class submarines. Key responsibilities include: * Maintenance Scheduling: Plan and update detailed maintenance schedules, adjusting them based on actual progress. * Monitoring and Tracking: Supervise execution of scheduled tasks, report deviations, and prepare tracking reports. * Incident and Failure Management: Analyze root causes of incidents, propose technical solutions, and schedule related work. * Inspection Management: Coordinate required documentation for inspections and analyze results. * Inactive Equipment Control: Monitor maintenance of inactive and repairable equipment. **What We Offer?** What makes CT special is not only what we do—but how we do it. We love teamwork! * The opportunity to be part of the place where engineers love to work \#LI\-AR1 **Requirements:** --------------- * Academic Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Naval Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * Experience with project management software (e.g., SAFRAN PROJECT, Oracle Primavera, or similar). * Other Required Software: Proficiency in SAP, Creo View, Excel, and Access. * Languages: English proficiency at B2 level or equivalent. * Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 certification and Personal Security Clearance (PSC). **Desired Qualifications** * Prior experience in military vessel sustainment programs. * Quality document management and maintenance record handling. * Planning/scheduling, workload-capacity analysis, and construction sequencing. * Project lifecycle knowledge and document management systems (Windchill version 10\).
