**Multiskilled Maintenance Technician** ========================================== **About Us** ------------------ TERRAPILAR is a company dedicated to the distribution and sale of construction materials, with commercial presence in the provinces of Alicante and Murcia. **Job Description** -------------------------- * We are seeking an experienced technician to carry out maintenance tasks for our facilities. **Functions and Responsibilities** --------------------------------- Reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager, you will perform the following duties: * Carry out comprehensive maintenance across various branches, including electrical work, HVAC, plumbing, masonry, etc. * Comprehensive preventive/corrective electrical maintenance: electrical panels, wiring, lighting fixtures, etc. * Diagnose and resolve general malfunctions. * Implement the preventive and corrective maintenance plan. * Use office management and control tools. * Monitor and supervise visits and work performed by external contracted companies providing maintenance services for designated facilities. * Complete documentation for work plans. * Ensure maintenance service maintains a stable stock of required materials. * Maintain and clean machine rooms, facilities, electrical panels, etc. * Propose purchases and updates of new equipment to the direct supervisor. **Requirements** -------------- * High school diploma or higher vocational training qualification. * Prior experience in similar roles. * Versatile individual with a positive attitude. * Technical knowledge in: electricity, air conditioning, refrigeration, plumbing, masonry, carpentry, fire protection, locksmithing, and painting. * Proficiency in office software tools. * Problem-solving ability, proactivity, versatility, and capacity for teamwork. * Willingness to travel. **We Offer** ---------------- * Immediate incorporation. * Job stability. * Professional development. * Company vehicle. **Details** ------------ Location: Pilar de la Horadada Work schedule: 40 hours per week Working hours: Split shift Salary: €22,500 gross/year ### **Terrapilar \- Pilar de la Horadada** Share this job posting
