Job Summary: Ingeteam is seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to develop and validate solutions, perform analyses, and propose product improvements. Key Responsibilities: 1. Perform analytical calculations and finite element analysis (FEA). 2. Develop and validate mechanical design solutions. 3. Participate in product validation and propose improvements. **Ingeteam**, a leading company specializing in electrical engineering and the development of electrical equipment, motors, generators, and frequency converters, is seeking a **Mechanical Design Engineer** for its facilities in **Beasain**. **Responsibilities**: * Perform analytical calculations for machines during the quotation phase and prototype development. * Develop and validate mechanical design solutions. * Conduct vibration analysis on prototypes and units in serial production. * Perform finite element analysis (FEA) to evaluate the structural behavior of the product. * Select materials according to applicable standards and technical requirements. * Review technical drawings to ensure correct implementation of design requirements. * Participate in product validation during manufacturing and final customer testing. * Propose product improvements aimed at increasing reliability. * Technically analyze cost-reduction proposals from a mechanical perspective. * Present mechanical aspects of the project to customers and internal teams. **Requirements**: * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in **Mechanical Engineering** or related field. * Experience in mechanical design and product development. * Knowledge of finite element analysis (FEA). * Experience interpreting and reviewing technical drawings. * Knowledge of material selection and applicable regulations. * Technical **English** proficiency.
